Stone work that was done for the fireplace looks great. We moved into our build a few months ago and ordered our fireplace 8 or so months ago and we still don't have our liner. So a unfinished fireplace the whole winter. Added a star since they scheduled to finish the fireplace.

Needed work on our fireplace before moving. Most companies could not schedule us for several weeks but Julie worked hard to get us an appointment within 24 hours. The technician determined the problem quickly, fixed it right away and helped us understand what the issue was and how to fix other issues we might encounter. He was friendly and helpful. We are very happy with all the effort made to accommodate us so quickly!
