Omaha Primary EyeCare Is AMAZING! Being new to the area and in dire need of a prescription update I was fortunate enough to be recommended to them. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful I can’t speak highly enough! They provided me with incredible service and answered every question I had. I didn’t feel rushed at all and was so grateful for the time I was given. In addition to the great experience in-store, their follow up service was amazing. I will recommend this place to everyone I have the chance to!!

First time and it was great!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff from the front to the back. Had been somewhere else for 30 years. Omaha Primary Eye Care was more technical making me feel well taken care of! Stephanie was awesome in helping me find the perfect glasses - open and honest. Dr. Johnson was great! Glad I switched over!!!!!

I had my first visit at Omaha Primary EyeCare today and would highly recommend them to anyone! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and explained everything well . Dr. Johnson got me set up with a new prescription and listened to my needs. Choosing my glasses was so easy with Tina, she made some great recommendations and was very knowledgeable. The office is friendly, professional and efficient. They want happy customers and have policies in place to assist in that goal. The entire staff is wonderful. A big shout out to Tina, one of the opticians. She was so helpful when I was picking out glasses and sunglasses. When I had follow up questions, she was patient, kind and pleasant. Excellent customer service still exists!
