The store is great
(August 6, 2020, 5:19 pm)Had my truck battery die in Louisville. Looked up nearest auto parts store and found them closest.
Called and the person that answered was very helpful and was able to get me a new battery and the tools I needed to change it out (I left my tools somewhere else, long story).
Was able to pay for everything over the phone and they delivered it all to my location quickly.
They are a great example of why I prefer NAPA stores.
(February 9, 2018, 2:41 pm)I'm from out of town but bought a boat in the Louisville area. Trailer lights did not work and I needed some stuff to fix. They had what I needed. These guys were super nice and even loaned me some electrical tools to do the fix out in their parking lot. Beautiful store. Wish they were closer to me as I would be a loyal customer.
