Very customer oriented. I went here some time ago to purchase a slab for a live edge table. The owner meet me and personally showed me his inventory and then cut the board down to the sizes I needed. I will definitely use him again for my next project. I had fun making my first table. Trial and error.

They built us our dream home near Sioux City that I had spent a year designing. I thought a log home would be way too expensive to even consider, but our cost per square foot ended up about the same to what local contractors were quoting me for a stick built home. Zach was happy to provide me with the numbers of others for whom he had built homes and they were all very happy with him as well.

He brought some great ideas to the table while building that resulted in our home being even more impressive than I had imagined. My wife and I think he is as much an artist as he is a builder. He also provided me a lot of helpful advice both before and after he finished framing the home since this was my first (and will be my only) experience as a general contractor.
