Where do I begin?! I had an unfortunate incident, and didn’t know what to do about the damage to my car. My friend gave me Dustin’s number and told me to call him. The next morning I called him still frazzled about the situation. He immediately assured me he would help me through this. I felt such relief knowing I had someone to help as I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. Dustin went above and beyond to get my car and myself taken care of. I was blown away that real caring people still exist. Each time I went to the shop I could tell just how busy he was, but he always made time to stop and talk with me. He always gave me his full attention even though there was so much going on. It was nice to be heard and feel important. Dustin Thank You from the bottom of my heart! You taught me so much during this experience! Caliber is beyond lucky to have you!!! My car looks better than it did before! Great work!
