The food is not what we ordered for the third time, they would not make it right(with the receipt and the food returned). The phone is not working to get anything resolved. Go anywhere else!

I gave him four stars because it's probably about to change. The young guy took my debit card and walked it to the back where his cook was and they were having a conversation. Let's hope this doesn't turn into fraud. Also customer service is terrible. Sandwich is missing ingredients. Wow

I was amazed at the customer service I got here. The friendly and knowledgeable staff came to help me before I asked. They gave me a lot of ideas for my cats who have allergies. I also get free samples to take home to see if my cats like it which saves time and money. Yes healthier pet food will cost more but it is well worth it. The cat I had before I adopted her at a later age and she had eaten cheap food all her life. She had many health conditions and passed away earlier than she had should have. We owe it to our furry friends to do the best that we can 😊

They carry a nice assortment of Stella and Chewys dog food and No Hide chews. Wish they sold Turkey tendon chews by the bag, my pups go through them quickly.

Love Mud Bay. Many brands of food to choose from. Wholistic natural and organic supplements. Knowledgeable staff. They offer sample of a majority of foods so you can get idea on what your pet enjoys.

Clean, knowledgeable staff, good selection. A little too pricy. $7 fir a small package of dried strawberries fir a rabbit eek!

When we walked in for the first time, during covid no less, we were greeted immediately. The employees asked about our cat, her particular food issues and helped us find the best options for her. In addition we received our varieties free if they didn't entice her. As we left we immediately declared we would be coming back. This just based on the attention we received.
Our junk food addict of a cat suddenly was eating quality food with Gusto. We have weaned her off dry food as well! She loves the food we get her now and we are pleased with the security of feeding our cat the best food she will eat. All of this, customer service, healthy cat, and local business! There is nothing more we could ask!
