I have lower back pain and felt great after leaving just one class! I felt was nervous because I have never taken a Pilates class, but I was welcomed and felt like I had been going forever.
The best Pilates experience I’ve ever had! Beverly is a wonderful instructor. The class is challenging and gives me a great workout in just one hour. Highly recommend!
