The repair looks great. However it took 3 months for the repairs to be completed. The insurance company denied additional money for repairs repeatedly. I now have my truck and they did a good job.

Crash Champions is a class act. They made the drop off of my vehicle convenient to my schedule, handled a timely assessment and quote, arranged a rental, and provided daily updates, either through texts or personal communication of the status of my repair. The painter even came in on his day off which allowed me to obtain my car two days earlier. The repair is perfect. Thank you, Bobby, Dorothy and the rest of the staff. Highly recommended.

Deborah at the front desk could not have been more helpful. She patiently explained the process and filled in the gaps that my insurance agent walked me through as well. She was so friendly and I really appreciate good and professional customer service like that. She is very kind and yet she is very busy from morning to end of day. Everyone else I was in contact with were very honest and helpful as well. Thank you all!
