  Regina and Kristie are the absolute best! Never have I been in there and seen either of them not smiling and making each person feel like somebody! Their cheerful attitudes even under all the pressure is amazing!

  Staff members were efficient and extremely polite. Definitely a good idea to set up an appointment before you go. Cuts down the waiting time remarkably.

  This is by far the best location to get any driver's license issues situated. I took my daughter there yesterday to take her driving test and from the moment they unlocked the doors (8am appointment) to the moment we left, these women were welcoming, pleasant, funny, and extremely knowledgable. They took the pressure off our stressful situation (new driver test) with their caring and positive banter!

  Everyone said to come to this branch specifically for their efficiency, and they were not wrong.
  
  You answer what you're there for at the front desk, where they give you the appropriate form. Once filled, you get a ticket for one of the 4 windows, who take the form and get your license.
  
  4 year renewal was $24 and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

  Easily the best experience I've ever had getting a driver's license, and I've lived in several different states. All the ladies in the Kiln office were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are definitely the gold standard when it comes to customer service!
