Awesome Customer Service. We went to JCP for a portable charger and we couldn't find it so one of the associates helped us. We didn't have to wait in line. They don't offer Military Discounts but they did have a sale going on. My girls and I enjoyed our time.

I have been shopping here for years. It looks great in there. The employees have always been on point, great at their jobs nice. I don't know what happened to Izod and Van Heusen but it sucks that they have gone so far down hill. Thankfully JC Penney has more clothes.

I had a lot of fun shopping here on Black Friday! The store was clean and organized, the cashiers at checkout moved with a sense of urgency and I overall had a great shopping experience! Even without the deals, it’s a must I come here again !
