The staff was supper friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to explain to me what was wrong without over complicating what needed to be done. They did a free exam on my laptop to figure out if it was cost effective to repair. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

I had a good experience purchasing a refurbished Dell laptop that had nearly everything I needed. MS Office programs, Old-school keyboard, Updated OS (windows 10) with copied harddrive from previous laptop. Thanks guys!!!

Absolutely great service from everyone. Not being too tech savvy I appreciate the straightforward explanations while not feeling talked down to. When offered a timeline, they follow through. I purchased a refurbished laptop here some years ago at a nice discount and it is wonderful. Anytime I have a tech need, they can not only fix it, but ensure I understand how to maintain my products. Brought in my son's Iphone for repair after it had been dropped and the screen went green with lines through it. Techmate had the parts in stock and were able to fix it in less than an hour. Avery was the tech we worked with on site. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. If you are like me and declined phone insurance, I highly recommend Techmate. Well worth it.
