I have purchased some hay equipment last yr from Mark Peters and had some trouble with my round baler . I will say there is no better service that can or could have been given . Mark at a drop of the hat knew I was struggling and came up personally to help me with the baler. He drove quite a distance as I was working on a northern field. He was there with a smile. I would recommend Mark on everything to do with Farming equipment you will not find a better sales person anywhere ever!
The next day I was closer to home and them , but started running into issues again and the service Manger called me from his cell number at 7pm as he was heading home to help. I was extremely frustrated as we were tying to get done baling hay . Even though Perry was working since 4 am he turned around and said I am coming to you now . I explained he did not need to do that we can do it the next day , but he insisted lets get this done and going . Perry is the best service manager ever. I have dealt with several machinery dealers there is no better than that. On top of it I was frustrated and Perry was very professional and calm and was happy to help. I don't think you will have have the service manager ever do something like this .We all know things happen with farm equipment and service is #1 . This dealership is ran by people who love what they do and care about their customers.. I would only recommend buying from these guys. AAA+ service .
