Jennifer and the team are simply the best!

Learning that I needed hearing aids at 25 was heartbreaking, but Dr. Reynolds and her team were fantastic throughout the whole process. I am extremely glad to have found them. If I can help it, I will never buy hearing aids from anywhere else.

Being frustrated by my inability to hear after being under the auspices of a different audiologist for over a year, I followed the recommendation of a friend and setup an appointment with Dr. Reynolds. Within a short time it became obvious to me that she was dedicated to helping me hear and did so. She demonstrated the professional knowledge, technical skills, patience and acumen that greatly improved my ability to hear in various environments.

I spontaneously lost most hearing in one ear ten years ago. I have muddled along using, mostly not using a hearing aid since then. I really appreciate Jennifer’s careful approach, helping me find a better solution. The option to test hearing aids has been so helpful. I am having a very good experience at Reynolds Audiology!

Dr. Reynolds is absolutely marvelous: competent, thorough, kind, and compassionate. She really took the time to get to know me, understand my hearing needs, and work with me to determine the best solution for my circumstances. I cannot recommend her and her clinic staff highly enough.
