Good customer service met my husband shortly needs, would go there again.

The young man that helped me was very pleasant and seemed to know his shoes I was able to be in and out of there in 20 minutes with a new pair of shoes he recommended. Prices are competitive. My girlfriend has been going here for sometime now and she keeps going back and I probably will too

I have fallen arches, a wide toe box, and narrow heels. I always go here for my shoes as they have stylish and functional shoes that actually fit my feet and don’t cause problems like ingrowns. The staff are kind and knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent.

As a business owner myself, customer service is very important. About a month or so ago, I bought a pair of Brooks shoes. I can not remember the name of the guy who helped me. He was super nice and helpful.
Yesterday, I brought my son there to get a new pair of shoes. Unfortunately, we could not find a pair that he liked/wanted. However, the sales person name BEN, was SUPER helpful and very patient. He was trying his best to find something that my son would like or at least consider. So, I want to say thank you to BEN, and keep up the good work! Also, want to thank the guy who helped me picked out the Brooks shoes not too long ago (he had a prosthetic leg) and keep up the good work !

You two gentlemen are prime examples on what customer service is all about, and you two should be proud of yourself!
