The classes are fun and easy to walk into anytime! Great atmosphere too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The fitness room and equipment is tightly packed, and feels wasteful using paper towels to while down equipment. If you utilize all the aspects of the facility it is worth it, they are doing the best they can.
Great gym in a convenient location. Able to get my workout in at anytime of day. Always have machines and weights to use
You won't regret stepping out of your comfort zone to try this! The workout is amazing and the staff is incredibly motivating! It is the best hour of the day, and you feel GREAT afterward!
Great Northern teaches a solid foundation of gymnastic skill and technique. The coaches are skilled and professional, and they make practice fun. Amazing gym!
