Was able to stop in here today to have our pool water tested and get advice on chemicals. They were knowledgeable, fast, and friendly! This is our first year with a pool set up (above ground Intex 15 x 4 ft) and it's so awesome to have great local help ☺️

These folks KNOW their stuff!!! Aaaand they have what you need. Really charismatic AND experienced team they have here!
At startup, I’d almost lost hope - thought I’d needed a whole new filter, BUT sure enough I’d followed their directions and BOOM the pool was crystal clear!

First time at the store and Tim jumped in and greeted us, responded very quickly to our needs, and was very knowledgeable. I was highly impressed and will be back for our pool needs.

Best pool place in the area, hands down. I was weary bc their online presence is nearly non-existant, but they are awesome! Don't let google maps lie to you about their location! From CR 3, hit that frontage road for Aldi and Frandsen Bank (N Stafford Rd) and then go opposite Frandsen/up the hill (see pics) The big difference with Arctic is that they use a water analyzer to troubleshoot your water quality challenges. I spent almost 2 months and hundreds of dollars following another store's advice based on test strips but I couldn't seem to get the job done. Arctic analyzed the water and shared some tips to helo us find the missing pieces of the puzzle (a new pressure gauge and an algicide). Their advice finally did the trick-- our pool is perfect now, and keeping it that way is almost effortless. This place is a perfect example of how little things make a huge difference.
