Great service, very happy with product we choose and installed quickly and timely!

We had worked with Aero Drapery in the past and liked their product, we built a new home and looked at several options before deciding to work with Aero again. We ordered several blinds for the entire house and ended up having an issue with the fit. Cynthia Hanson took control of the situation and corrected everything without hesitation. We purchased additional blinds from them and could not be happier with the job they did overall. The true measure of a company is not that they are perfect but how they handle issues. Wish we could give Cynthia 10 stars. Would not hesitate to work with them in the future.

Susie was invaluable as in-home consultant. She was patient with all our questions, knowledgeable about the product line and provided options we normally wouldn’t have considered. Our shades look AMAZING!
