Rum River Apartments

Moving is always stressful and there are so many unknowns. I must say that this was the best move in experience that I have had. The management team provided fast and helpful responses every time I contacted them and they always followed up with me on any questions I had. The apartment buildings are well maintained, clean, in a nice neighborhood and have secure access.

My family has lived here for 3 years now. It is a great neighborhood. Besides that, Tabitha and Sandy, are special to us. They are always kind and greet you with a smile. They are prompt with any concerns or problems that arise. We have grown quite fond of them both and we will miss them, when we move out.

I just moved in 2 days ago and the all the ladies in the leasing office were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and everything in it works great!

Very nice clean place to live! management, answer needs, and questions very quickly. Rent is high, but that is the times we live in, so I gave 4 stars for this. Also pet friendly! Great place for kids. we have the park across the road and within walking distance from the elementary, for the kids they love being close to everything!

We moved in here 4 years ago under a different company. Deposit was affordable. Pet fee affordable. Then they changed companies and suddenly it's a non smoking property. That was quite upsetting to a lot of people. And the affordable deposit is no more. The apartments are beautiful though however rent goes up every year. Make sure to inquire about the storage units available.
