TCF Bank

I always do my banking here because it in the Cub Foods and is so handy! The service reps are always very friendly and very helpful ! Love this bank! I admit , back in the early 2000's they were blood thirsty for every penny they could drain out of you in fees, however , it is a completely different bank now !! Its very easy to open a fee free account with very low minimum required balances.

I almost lost my house to overdraft fees I called up to headquarters/ customer service and wasn’t helped they didn’t care. Finally I decided to go to this branch to explain if I don’t get these overdraft fees waived that I will be losing my home today and they helped me for that I’m very thankful without this branch of tcf bank I would be living out on the streets you guys actually care about your customers and you don’t see that very much now a days they all deserve promotions !!! They gave me happiness and that’s something you can’t buy
