I called and wanted to set up an appointment to repair my wall oven. He said he doesn't do this type of repair anymore, but he spent 10 minutes talking me through different options. He was wonderful! I will definitely be calling next time I have an appliances issue! I trust him and would recommend him. He said that he works on stove/oven units, washer & dryer, dishwashers.

I had a great experience with Tim. I called him about a repair for my washer. I had Werner Stellian repair it in early June, gave them a call and they said their repair warranty only lasted 3 months. I missed it by 3 weeks. They were of absolutely no help.

I got Westonka Appliance Repair's number from my sister-in-law who had used them before. He was willing to come out in 2 days time, not the 3 weeks WS would do. He told me to try something and it worked like a charm. He didn't even need to come to my home to fix it! He just has a lot of knowledge that the big box store repair people don't. He asked if I wanted to pursue his service or not, providing me with a ballpark estimate. He arrived within the window of time he gave me.

He introduced himself on his arrival, and proceeded to inspect our dryer. Throughout the entire process he was kind and straightforward. Having found the problem, he informed me of what course of action he was planning on taking to repair the unit. His repair was a success and the cost was within the range he quoted.
