I heard back from the therapist notifying me that it may be a couple of weeks before an opening occurred. I appreciated the update and transparency of their availability.

Bret was awesome in 1 on 1, and Katie was amazing in group! Methodology is DBT. I've learned so much with the help of those two and my group mates, and most importantly feel much healthier!

The office is very welcoming and the two therapists I know have a ton of experience. Exposure is hard but has helped me get better than any other talk therapy I have done.

Having met all of the therapists here, I can say they are all wonderful and truly help their patients to a better life.
