Tonka Fitness

I've been using Tonka fitness for the last couple of weeks. it's really helped me continue to maintain my goals during these trying times. It's really nice to have affordable,c help. These guys are really doing great work!

I signed up for personal training at Tonka Fitness as a way to get back into working out after having a baby a couple months ago. It was super easy to get set up and started. My trainer, Jon, had been programming great workouts using the equipment I have at home and working within the time limitations I have. The workouts have been flexible, fun and challenging! I highly recommend Tonka Fitness!

My schedule can be very unpredicatbale at times. Missing workouts or not being able to attend the classes I had planned on, added more stress. I have worked with one on one trainers in the past and had always been disappointed because there was never a plan. I was a little skeptical at first, but that quickly went away. My workouts were tailored for what my goals are, and what interests me. They were all posted in advance and the trainers have been quick to answer any questions I have. The biggest plus for me, is that I will no longer have the stress of not making a scheduled workout or class. Tonka Fitness has been a bright light for me in what is a difficult time for all.
