I called in early on Friday, open at 7 AM, for available parts and the gentleman on the phone was both informative and helpful.
Stopped by later to pick up parts and both the person i spoke to on the phone and the cashier were speedy, friendly and professional.
Will be sure to give them a call next time. Reasonable price too.
After a frustrating search online I did find the correct part, but shipping was 10 days out and cost more than the part itself. I've used Sundberg before and always found them helpful so I thought I'd go in and check with them to see if they had the part.
Unfortunately they did not, but said they could order it for me and it'd be in the next day. Their price was VERY close to what I found online (without the shipping cost).
Very happy to be able to use an actual local business than a faceless online retailer.
