Joe has helped me set up internet and phone at a few different properties. He has made the process seamless and everything was exactly as he said. I appreciate that he was upfront and honest. I Was thankful that he was able to answer my questions and that I did not have to sit on hold and hit 27 buttons to reach a real person

I didn't even know that Century link had fiber optic internet in Minneapolis, but Joe went over all the specs with me, and got me set up with a nice gift card too. Great service!
