Very happy with everything, staff was very considerate for the situation, no pressure to force any decisions, it made the process less stressful

Allison was great with us and so helpful. She helped us with my dad’s cremation also so it was nice to have a familiar face helping us. Very compassionate and helpful.

I felt very at ease when I went there helped me thru everything with my dads cremation and even after all done it was the hardest thing I had to do alone. They were very comforting.

This is the second time we've used their services. Both times they've been great. Friendly, helpful, and prompt. No hard pushing of extra services or add-ons and reasonable basic prices. These are emotionally difficult events and the staff there (Maddy in particular) made everything as good as it could be. I never got the feeling that anyone was trying to prey on me at a moment of extreme weakness. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
