I haven't yet received the memory I ordered, but if the product is as good as the service, I am not shopping anywhere else again! The prices are great and they had me a tracking number within 15 mins of ordering .

A customer of mine had a RAID 5 failure and I needed a drive quick. Went to many different websites to look for the drive. Most didn't answer the phone and no one could get it to me next day. Mind you this was at 4:00PM. I and was lucky to find Xcel Data Solutions. I was able to start a chat with someone immediately. They had the drive in stock. They stayed in the chat while I ordered online and made sure they got the order. They assured me it would ship. It did and I got the product the next day. Customer was happy and we looked like a hero for getting it in the next day. Will do business with these guys again.

These guys are amazing. They helped me over the phone get what i needed for my son. They stand by their products, their customer service is AWESOME. A 5 star company in my book, thanks for all the help, if you choose this company for your parts you wont be disappointed.

took a bit of a chance based on price to get memory for the wife's upgrade needs. ordered on the 23rd of December, still no shipping manifest as of today.

Got online and chatted with an agent named Scott...found out that the holiday rush had caused my order to slip through the cracks. reshipped the order, and even upgraded me to faster shipment for free.
