(January 9, 2021, 8:01 am)I use this bank for work a lot, and sometimes personally. The staff is so nice and they all know me and usually know what I'm trying to do. I think the pandemic has made things a bit slower with just a drive through, but I think its totally reasonable because we're in a PANDEMIC. And if you're made late because of any drive through at any business. You didn't have time to go.
(March 4, 2019, 9:37 pm)Great customer service. I’ve been a member for years. It’s a small location so the wait times can add up but the service fells like a true neighborhood bank. One time in particular a man spent 5 minutes counting coins with me since I didn’t know they removed the machine. Hard to find that these days.
