Rusty Taco

Solid lunch experience! Ordering was quick and you get your chips/salsa right away if you ordered it as a side while you wait for your entree. The salsa was delicious, but if you're used to very mild salsa, it might be a bit too much of a kick for you. The tacos are delicious and worth every penny. Employees were all very friendly as well. Will be returning for sure!

Food was delicious! Portion size was pretty good too! The customer service was outstanding even though there was a line out the door. The manager Thomas I think that was his name, was polite and very helpful w the time when my tacos were going to be done. Very happy I came here and I will be returning back.

UPDATE: The owner of the business (Todd) reached out and provided a full refund for the original order. I was only expecting to receive the originally agreed refund of 50%. Todd going above and beyond to ensure a happy customer is worthy of 5 stars. Thanks for the help!

Original Review: Ordered the 10 pack of tacos with chips and salsa. When the food got here we noticed there were only 6 tacos instead of the 10 that come with the 10 pack. This is the second order in a row with food missing. So this time I called the store and spoke to someone who said they apologized for the mistake and said he would refund half my order to my card. He said he would call me right back to confirm the refund. It's been a few days now and I never got a call back, and no refund was ever issued. The biggest reason for the one star isn't for the mistakes, they happen, I get it. No worries. But when you make a commitment to a customer to make it right and then fail to follow through, that is definitely the worst way to handle the situation.

The food is pretty tasty. Not drop dead amazing, but good! I wish the prices were just a little lower or they would build a "meal" plan for a deal.. but def worth stopping by for some little street tacos!
