I visited TC Running today and had the best experience. I’ve never bought high quality running shoes before so I came in with a super open mind. The sales rep I worked with helped me narrow it down and provided me with so many great options that would give me the support I need. I am so happy with the customer service that I experienced today, I will definitely be back! I cannot wait to start putting some miles on my new Hokas!

(2020) I'm back after my first post 3 years ago. I have to give a huge high 5 to the TC Running crew. While so many other businesses customer service is falling off a cliff and an afterthought TC Running continues to shine.

Every time I make a call or stop in they are the most helpful, attentive, efficient, and intelligent professionals.

Hats off to the entire team, but special thanks to Josh, Adam, and Kurt for making us lifelong customers and fans of TC Running.

You helped me run my first half and full marathons, my wife run so many halfs, and my 11yr old and 9yr old daughters getting through their first half marathons years ago.

We can't thank you enough and want all to know - this is the place you will never regret spending your money and getting advice for all things running.

(2017)I'm typically an Amazon Prime junkie. I wouldn't think of going anywhere other than this store for my running shoe needs. They rock it out of the park.

I run because it helps with certain activities in sports but at the end of the day I hate it and perhaps the thing in life I'm least passionate about is running shoes. Today I went in because I finally had to buy a new pair and I brought with me my old pair as reference. The rep I met, Josh, was incredible. Not only did he revel in the nostalgia of my old shoes (and explain their features and limitations) but he gave me a detailed and brief understanding of what I might like in a new pair. Josh was the kind of person who makes you passionate about a subject you thought you'd never be passionate about. He gave me an incredible discount and I had an awesome experience. Thanks Josh and team!
