Since switching multiple policies to Josh with State Farm, I can describe our experience as excellent and personal. Josh has tolerated lots of emails from us as we settled into our State Farm experience, with promptness and kindness. We switched from a competitor with some trepidation, having been elsewhere for over 20 years. We have neither looked back nor regretted our switch, for a single day. How nice to have a local agent to work with who is as friendly and professional as Josh. Although I haven't met him in person, I feel like we know one another. How great!
