Sterling Specialty Pharmacy

I can't say enough positives about Sterling, and Mitch. From the get go, Sterling reps worked closely with the doctor, the insurance and the specialty drug manufacturer coupon program to get the right approvals. They did all the work, without me having to call multiple people.

It's been 7 months since I started taking this specialty med, and Mitch has worked personally to ship a refill as soon as insurance would allow. He even has a reminder set on his calendar to ensure my shipment goes out every 26 days.

The level of competence and care for the patients is head and shoulder above I have experienced in any pharmacy.

Honestly I can't say every shipment has gone smoothly but they do make an effort to resolve issues that crop up and expedite things when necessary. Mitch has always been helpful and gives fast responses. I appreciate it.

Update...This was not Sterling's fault. It was my doctor's office fault. Mitch from Sterling git everything straightened out and back on track!

Received a text 7/29/22 that my prescription was in process. Nothing since. 10 days later, still no contact.

I always receive A++ service from everyone at Sterling Specialty Pharmacy, I am very pleased with the service. My medications are always processed on time and my questions are always welcome and handled with care. I also love the refill text feature because I don't have to try to remember when it's time to refill my meds. Keep up the good work!
