The prices and turn-around times are great. I used to live in St. Paul and love my experiences at Lowertown Bike Shop (after a number of bad experiences at other locations) and was hesitant in trying somewhere new after moving. But since they sell Giants, I thought I would try them out and was not disappointed. Will be going back for future bike needs.

Great bike shop! Knowledgeable and patient employees who help you understand what’s wrong. Fair prices too.

I llike this shop. The guys here are legit. You can tell they have a passion for their business as well as their craft. I also like the genuine demeanor of the entire staff. I dont feel like im going to get sold something i dont need.

These guys are everything I like about small local businesses. They go the extra mile to help you out. I walked in with a hub bearing issue I was out in 15 minutes. Awesome job guys!

My wife and I could not have had a better experience. Kip was amazing, he took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel like he cared about us and our biking experience, even though they were busy. We feel like we have a home for all of our biking needs.
