(August 22, 2020, 8:09 pm)Last weekend, I ended up getting a flat tire near the end of the work day. It was a half hour drive away from my home, and none of the tow companies would tow my car that far. After calling a few other tire places, I contacted Pep Boys. After explaining the situation, Craig asked me first if I was somewhere safe. He and Hoang went ABOVE and BEYOND any of my expectations. They were amazing, and definitely deserve a raise!!!!

They guys up front were very friendly, easy to talk with & informed me my tire could be patched up instead of putting the new one I was planning on buying. They save me $300. The saved money is nice but the honesty is what really made my day. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
