I got an oil change and needed help diagnosing and fixing an issue with my car. Everyone there was so great with offering guidance, as well as finding and quickly fixing my car's issue! This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be coming back because of how friendly they were, as well as how efficient and effective they were. Had an oil change, brakes replaced, and air filter replaced all n Thursday. My oil is leaking and is now below the “need to fill” line on the dipstick. Not sure how that happens but by Monday I may need a tow.

UPDATE: This was a great experience. I received a call before they opened on Monday morning. They towed the car from my home, diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, and ran the car for a while to confirm that there wasn't anything else going on. Prompt, quick service.

I was able to get my car in quickly, late in the afternoon, for them to look at it. They performed a thorough analysis of all systems and identified a bad battery cell. While it was not until the next morning they they received a new battery, the replacement was performed immediately. Yes, I paid more than I hoped it would cost, but I got the peace of mind that their diagnosis showed no other issues, and I will be able to return to my home in another state without further worry.

The people who work here are amazing; they always take great care of me! They are clear about what needs to be fixed, what can safely wait & what's recommended based on age of vehicle. Just today they got me in early so I could beat the storm & not miss family Christmas. ❤️
