I called thinking I had bed bugs. Jeff answered the phone and asked me a bunch of questions...I told him I found what I thought was bed bugs, but said they didn't have legs. He asked to send a picture, so I texted him a video...he called me back immediately saying he was 90% sure I had bed bugs.

He came over, at no charge to me, to be sure they were bed bugs, BUT THEY WEREN'T!!!! He could have scammed me and charged me to heat blast the house, but he didn't. All he asked was for a review on google, he wouldn't even let me pay him for his time.

What a guy!
