I called Crossroads Animal Hospital since I needed a second opinion on my GSD who had been having an issue since December 2015. My primary vet (2 different Doctors) in Lakeville, MN recommended surgery and weight loss to fix a skin irritation (excessive moisture) after all their other recommendations with meds and topical creams/powders didn't work. This was a 3 month ordeal. Dr. Langevin was very professional and caring during our first visit. She examined the area more thoroughly than even my primary vet did, which impressed me from the get go. She prescribed the right combination of medications and within 3 days I noticed a drastic change in the area. Crossroads Animal Hospital will now be my primary vet. Thank you Dr. Langevin!
