I was looking to have my 6/7 year old all-in-one computer ‘cleaned up’. It was running super slow. I was nervous to have this done and was putting it off for close to 6 months. I even considered just buying a new computer. I called a few places before finding Jon at Custom PC Solutions. Jon spent 26 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions and concerns. My greatest concern was someone poking around my computer at my personal stuff. Jon assured me that just like you’d trust a lawyer, you’d have to trust your computer guy. And I felt like I could trust him. He’s been doing this for almost 20 years with loyal customers, so I took the chance having Jon ‘clean up’ my computer. The drop off/scheduling was easier than easy. He already told me he works from his home office so I expected to pull up to a house. I called when I was outside and he met me at the door. He told me about 48 hours and my computer would be ready. Which was about 5 days sooner than the other places. The next day he called, I thought it was just a question but he told me my computer was done and should be muuuuch faster now. I picked it up, paid half as much as the other guys wanted and it took half as long. I got home, plugged it in, clicked around and was shocked. Its SO MUCH FASTER. Pictures don’t take 30 seconds to open anymore, clicking within files doesn’t take but a second. I’m actually shocked on how fast it is and the computer actually moves faster than what my hand does. This was crazy easy. I wish I did this sooner. I wish I had another computer for Jon to repair. Nice guy, fair, and honest. Don’t hesitate to have Jon fix your computer, you’ll be so satisfied. Jon has helped me through the years with a office computer and has fixed it and upgraded it several time and can log in remotely to trouble shoot any problems that I might occur with out either of us leaving our office.
