My son and I dined in tonight, and the food came out surprisingly quickly. However, they brought out fries for my kid instead of mac and cheese. I went back up to tell them about the mistake, and they immediately fixed it and gave us free soup vouchers unprompted.

The registers were staffed by a bunch of young employees, and I am so impressed and surprised by the level of customer service here...I was prepared for an argument (which unfortunately happens too often today). Instead, they quickly and professionally took care of the issue.

The training they reveive here is awesome. Everyone focuses on the negative these days; instead, let's celebrate the positives!

I will go out of my way to return here. You should, too.

A lot of space, great for an after event bite to eat. Play area is clean and attractive. Local charm all around the establishment, along side the history of the chicken franchise. Centrally located around many attractions in the area. Easy to access and see from the major road it sits off of. Fun atmosphere, staff are quick, food is standard. A great choice!
