I have had dealings with this company for over 12 years, on a business and personal level. The service they provide is unmatched and they always do their best to be prompt, courteous and accurate. I am a nurse at an AL/MC Facility in St. Paul. PPX is one of our preferred providers. Though the techs do vary on how friendly they are or how good they are at working with the special needs of our residents (dementia/being unable to follow direction, resistance, hard of hearing, etc) they are timely and professional. When we request STAT they are there in under 4 hours, typically under 2 hours. The reports after the X-Ray or Ultrasound are faxed quickly. It is a great service!
