(July 21, 2021, 4:20 pm)First off, to be transparent I do work at Auburn Courts. One the personal employee side, I believe we care greatly for our residents. We build personal connections and strive to ensure residents feel valued. But please know even though I am an employee, I do have personal experiences with other care facilities that my loved ones have resided in. And it is because of those negative experiences that I understand how important good care is and work hard to ensure our residents are cared for and they can have the best possible experiences.
