These people are the best!
Switched over from a broken Verizon phone because Verizon didn't want to help me get my phone working. Since my phone wasn't working it was a very difficult process getting my old number ported to my new T Mobile phone. They worked hard at it and were always very friendly, polite and got the job done.
Thanks to everyone at this store to help me out. A very satisfied customer.

Drove a bit past other locations to get to this one on purpose. The staff have always been super respectful, offer devices/products/services but never pushy and NO BS. Worked with Tony this time and definitely recommend working with him.

Sebastian and Michelle were amazing and super helpful, went to another store before and they had no idea how to fix it, had us get a new sim card before doing any troubleshooting and charged us for it. Couldn't fix our issue after over an hour. Went to this store and they fixed it within 10 minutes, incredible service!! Super friendly and knowledgeable!!!
