Broadway Party & Tent Rental

I rented 30 chairs and two 6-foot tables for my 30th birthday party this last weekend. Everything from placing my order on the phone with a guy I think is named Ron (apologies if I get that wrong) to picking up my order to returning it ran so well! The man I placed my order with was wonderfully helpful, friendly, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had everything I needed for my party. When I went to go pick up my order, I went into the rental office first and got to see how much more these folks have to offer for parties than I had even thought to inquire about. Definitely spend some time perusing their website for your event because they really do have it all! The lady in the rental office was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. She called to remind me on pickup day and had all our paperwork ready for us when we arrived. When we went to pick up our rented items, the men loading up our car were just as friendly as everyone else had been. They were so kind and also double-checked to make sure I had what I had ordered. I had such a seamless experience with Broadway Party & Tent Rental and I cannot wait to be able to use their services again for future events.

They went above and beyond for us. Really appreciate the amazing costumer service, and the equipment was great! We want to thank Tim for working with us. Would absolutely use their rental services again.
