Kind, busy and helpful staff. Working non stop on a Monday after work. I did wait in line for 20 minutes to get started, but they quickly got my car in, evaluates and patched my tire before 7pm.

Great place, offers great deals but man.. they gotta do something about the check in process… it takes 20-30mins…

Edit - once they do check you in though, service is rock solid and as quick as they can be without rushing it. Keep it up guys, hope your corporate office will think of something to speed up the check-in, like maybe a self-service Kiosk or something.

Fast, friendly service. I made an appointment at the wrong location and the Columbia Heights location was able to squeeze me in and get new tires put on quickly. I appreciate their excellent level of service!

This was my first time doing business with Discount Tire. I ordered tires online and they got them installed pretty quick! Great service and clean waiting room. (That's my name on the welcome sign- that was fun to drive up and see!)

The entire staff was wonderful! I stopped in with a flat tire about a half hour before closing. They were extremely busy, and I was treated with such kindness. Every single person working there was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable to all of the customers. They explained everything that was happening and not once did I feel like they were in a rush to get me out of there. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Thank you so much!!!
