(September 1, 2020, 10:48 pm)Helped my father move into his new home here. This appears to be one of the least "trailer trashy" of trailer parks in the metro, it actually has a nice curb appeal. They do have many rules in place for a reason. They're also diligent on screening perspective residents. The neighbors seem friendly (although nosey). Most homes are newer in this park, one of the perks of this type of housing is affordability, and no property tax.
