They were called by police because of an accident, but they were easy to work with in resolving the situation with the vehicle. Be aware of storage fees. Parking lot is small.

Excellent, friendly, and prompt..... the driver arrived within minutes and found a place close to home to get my truck fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Northstar Towing...... 5 stars!

After 41 years I had the pleasure of having my truck towed! .... Just kidding, a pleasure it was not. Although the inconvenience and fear was almost too much to handle I had a very efficient and kind experience with everyone I talked to and dealt with at North Star Towing! I'm extremely disappointed in the establishment from where I was towed, but I would like to say Thank you to everyone involved with the recovery of my truck. I hope everyone who has to endure the same inconvenience can say their experience was just as smooth as mine.

The guy who towed my car was very nice to me and answered all my questions and just made me feel better after the accident because he was not a complete jerk like most guys are.
