Ease of use. Easy to get in and out and maneuver around buildings. Kind staff.
I would probably jet out the keypad to enter just a little more so one could reach but that's the only little thing. Cost was not outragious. Easy auto pay option as well.

This was my first time renting a unit with National Storage, or renting a storage unit of any kind, and it was a great experience! When I called to set up the unit I spoke with an operator who assisted with the reservation. Then the manager of the facility personally followed up with me to make sure everything was set. Upon arriving at the location I found it to be very clean and secure. Melanie assisted with my paper work and showed me the unit. She also stayed past closing to help me with a lock for the unit since the one I brought was not the correct size, even though she did not have to. Very pleased with National Storage on Newburgh in Westland. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr Jason Bauer performed our 20 year old son's kidney biopsy last week. I have had a lot of experience with medical care. Dr Bauer has moved to the top five of all doctors we have encountered. He has taught us more about our son's medical condition than any other doctor has since March 2019! I just kept wanting to ask him more questions 😄. I felt super confident that our son was getting the best care he could when I let him go into the procedure. Dr Bauer's skill, knowledge and ability to translate it into lay peoples terms far exceeded FIVE STARS and our expectations. He also related to our young adult son well which put him at ease.

Great experience! My wife's surgery wasn't very complex, admittedly...but everything went like clockwork--kind of a first for us. I wish this was the standard, instead of an exception! :)

Dr Jason Bauer was very thorough and detailed about all aspects of the Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE) procedure. He addressed
all of my concerns with patience and compassion. His post-op follow up was excellent. Kudos to his partners Drs Al
and Pfister (so?) who also participated in the
post-op follow up.
