(December 24, 2016, 5:54 pm)United Road Services is a well-organized business. I wasn’t disappointed throughout the process of delivering my car. The terminal Manager was super assistive and helped with the process. I got to meet the driver who was going to drive the car down. Seemed a really cool guy as we chatted for a while before I left. I just wanted to be sure I wasn’t leaving my car with some jerk. I spoke with the dispatcher and he assured me of a safe delivery. I was thrilled when my brother called to say that it’d been delivered as I wasn’t in town. Good team.
