GPA was excellent to work with and a huge help in finding our next house to rent. Sarah was flexible in showing us the house multiple times and worked around our schedule. April was thorough and prompt through the entire process!! We're so excited to move in!
Ok so far so good, any and all repairs that were needed are serviced very quickly. The house we moved into wasn’t tip top shape but nothing to horrible and nothing that management isn’t quick to fix. Sometimes I feel a little out of the loop (handy woman told me about an inspection) I felt management should’ve spoken to me first. That is not a huge problem. We were able to move in quickly without hassle. Would recommend this place to friends and family.
