When I say Ali is phenomenal he’s amazing. Sara’s auto is the only place I take my vehicle to get checked and he always goes out his way to make sure I understand everything he shows me so I can actually see he doesn’t over charge or try to play me because I’m a female he’s such a blessing I barely give reviews but he definitely deserves it . I’ve been to Sara’s Auto Repair a few years ago to have my front brakes replaced. The price they provided was extremely less than any other estimate from other auto repair shops or Belle Tire. I went to Belle Tire for an oil change this year and they advised me that I needed about $2,700.00 in repairs. I took my car to Sara’s Auto Repair for a second opinion and it turns out the repairs Belle Tire estimated weren’t even the issue with my car. Sara’s Auto Repair fixed the repairs on my car for $550.00, which is extremely less than Belle Tire. Additionally, my car was making a really loud noise when I drove, practically sounded like you were sitting in the inside of an airplane. After Sara’s Auto Repair fixed my car, it was silent when I drove it. Furthermore, they fixed a sensor on my car for free. About a month later I went through an alley downtown and my car was making a loud scraping metal noise while the car was driving. I took my car to Sara’s Auto Repair and they found the culprit, a piece of metal stuck in the muffler. They removed it for free. I will say this is probably the only Auto Repair Shop that I trust and I will be taking my car to Sara’s Auto Repair for any future issues with my car.
