This is such a wonderful gym! It's low key and powerful at the same time. Here, men and women if all, shapes, sizes and creeds can come to be supported in fitness. The vibe is so fun and the music keeps you pumped. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a place to grow in fitness.

My favorite (and just about only) place for a workout! The semi-private workouts are challenging and I can feel the work days after my visit. While most gyms/trainers/classes intimidate me, the HFL make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!
